Vehicles are all booked on-line by the guest.

Vehicles are delivered to the home address at the booked time so there isn’t a physical storefront to visit and book. There is a 30 minute grace period after your booked time to pick-up your vehicle. Please let us know if you are running late.
Step 1
Select the vehicle and dates you want from our vehicle catalogue.
Step 2
Create your Ridge Meadows Car Rental account through the Turo booking site. Important to note, the account holder is the one who has to pick-up and return the vehicle, and is responsible for the booking. You will be given the option at the end the booking process to add additional drivers free of charge (who must create their own account to be added) but additional drivers cannot pick-up or return the vehicle.
Step 3
Choose any vehicle extras you need such as car seats, bike racks, roof toppers etc…
Step 4
Choose any protection plans needed. Please note in the province of BC, if you have ICBC Roadstar or Roadside Plus your personal insurance transfers to your Turo rental. If you are from outside of the province check your personal insurance to see if it transfers to your Turo rental.
Step 5
Choose your payment method. The Turo system has a variety of payment methods. Please note, the trip fee portion of your booking that each guest receives is based on their drivers abstract and risk profile of the rental. This is a fee generated by the Turo system, not by RMCR.
Step 6
Complete your booking. Once your booking is complete you car add additional drivers to your reservation and start communicating with us through the app.
