When picking the car up he was very flexible and accommodated an early collection and was very similar on drop off at the end of the trip. Whilst we had the car I had a couple of questions which he responded to within a matter of minutes. The Car itself was absolutely perfect for our trip, the extras of the snow tyres and roof box were an added bonus (would very much recommend the roof box if skiing). When the car was delivered it was in great condition and Chris took the time to explain all of the features the Q3 had to offer (these are extensive!). All in all a 10/10 experience and will definitely book through him again.”
